Message dated May 12 was read, stating the House passed and                                                                     
returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 199 am "An Act                                                                       
relating to the use of off-road vehicles within the James Dalton                                                                
Highway corridor" with the following amendment:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
      SENATE BILL NO. 199 am H "An Act relating to the use                                                                      
      of off-road vehicles within the James Dalton Highway                                                                      
      corridor; and relating to containing or confining loads being                                                             
      transported on highways."                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved that the Senate concur in the House                                                                      
amendment.
