Senator Micciche moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 199 am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to SB 199 am? YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Egan, Gardner, Giessel, Hughes, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Shower, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Excused: Stedman Absent: Hoffman and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting SENATE BILL NO. 199 am H "An Act relating to the use of off-road vehicles within the James Dalton Highway corridor; and relating to containing or confining loads being transported on highways." The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
